The ABBD Microgrants were created to help support alumni of this program in their business/creative endeavors. I caught up with the amazing Laura White (@lw_butimblack), the recipient of the first-ever microgrant, to hear about how she’s been doing since the course ended.
KINAJ.CO
ABBD alumni Kin Nguien and AJ Velasco have come together to create their company, kinaj.co, where we can view all of their latest work. They plan to collaborate with artists and combine the use of dance, film, acting and music along with other interests people are passionate about.
SEED.DANCE
Seed is a dance program created by ABBD alumni Niko Tioseco focusing on uniting the Florida and Georgia dance community.
WORKSHOP FROM HOME
Workshop from Home (WFH) is a holistic approach to an online dance program created by ABBD alumni Youran Lee and Megan Myklegard.
